Order Processing Time:

• All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Saturday will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the following day.
• Orders made during the weekend or on public holidays will be sent from our warehouse on the next business day.

Delivery Time:

Regular Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days from dispatch within India. However, under rare circumstances, delivery may take up to a maximum of 10 working days. You will receive a tracking email with real-time updates on your order’s location and estimated delivery timeframe.

International Orders:

• For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes.
• As the customer, you are responsible for paying these fees.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can vary and may be significant. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these fees for you.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.
• You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates on its location and estimated delivery time.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

1. Wrong Product: If an incorrect product is dispatched, or the received product does not match the customer’s order, we require an Unboxing Video for verification.
2. Manufacturing Defect: In the event of a manufacturing defect, a Video is required for validation.
3. Damaged Condition: If the product arrives in a damaged condition, an Unboxing Video must be provided to support your claim.

Return Process

1. A) Cancellation: We prioritize 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, please contact us at support@rajagulab.in Same-day/Fixed time delivery orders (e.g., Cakes & Flowers) cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
2. B) Breakages: For breakage or in-transit damage, submit an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery to support@rajagulab.com for prompt assistance.
3. C) Wrong Product Received: If you receive a different product than what was ordered (verified by an unboxing video), notify us immediately through chat support or email support@rajagulab.in Return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours for a refund or exchange.

For returns not falling under the above categories, we will refund the product amount after deducting the shipping cost:

• Domestic Shipping (India):
  • 0-500 gm: Rs. 75/-
  • 500-999 gm: Rs. 150/-
  • 1Kg-2KG: Rs. 250/-
  • 2kg above: Rs. 250 + Rs. 125 per Additional KG
• International Shipping:
  • Only product cost will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost.

Refund Timeline: After initiating the refund, it is expected to reflect in the customer’s account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the bank partner. Please note that the refund initiation time may vary based on the courier partner’s delivery time to our warehouse.
